Description
Shadows of Malice is a cooperative game in which 2 - 8 players work together to prevent Xulthul, the Lord of Shadow, from entering and destroying the Realm of Aethos. Players control avatars on an epic quest to find and unseal the Wells of the Ancients that have not fallen Dark over the centuries since Xulthul's last incarnation. As players move their avatars through the Realm of Aethos, they will confront fate, battle deadly creatures, and gather the treasure and soul shards they will need to defeat the Guardians that defend the Wells of the Ancients. When they defeat a Guardian, they may unseal the Well it protected. If the players manage to find and unseal all the remaining Light Wells, they will prevent Xulthul's return and win the game.
